Who can join the event?

The event is open to all 2021 Members and non-members of the Life Underwriters Association of the Philippines, 2021 MDRT members and aspirants, all licensed Insurance Professionals, and insurance company employees.

How do I pay?

All Event Pass purchases shall be transacted through the Paynamics payment facility that we have upon check-out. This allows for multiple payment options including credit cards, debit cards, online transfers, GCash, among other options.

We shall allow certain companies with special arrangements with LUAP to bulk purchase Coupon Codes for the Event Passes to the event. However, registration to the event shall be done individually by each registrant via the online registration facility. If you are interested in purchasing in bulk, kindly contact us.

What if I cannot attend?

Please notify LUAP Front Office for the cancellation of attendance at least 24 hours prior to March 18, 2021. Please refer to our RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES.

Can I get a refund?

I can’t log in to the website. What shall I do?

Please ensure that your username and password are correct. If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the steps below:

  3. Check your registered email address for your new password (please double check the Spam Folder if the email is not in your Inbox). 

Why can’t I register with my company email?

Please note that using some company email addresses may not receive LifeConPh confirmation emails due to the company’s IT restrictions. The use of alternative email addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail), is advised.

Why can’t I log in to the website on multiple devices?

Please note that you can only use your account on one device.

I was able to purchase an Event Pass, but I don’t have access to the event / my LifeConPh membership level hasn’t been updated.
